First day of shoot for my very first international TV show #StrikeBack7 (small role la). Nerves and everything happening. Never thought I'd get such a cool opportunity. Which brings me to my share and that is being serious and having a GOOD Reason or Goal for getting into shape.

To help me prep for this role in terms of looks (thank God I didn't need to shredded, just wanted some definition to come out) bout 2 weeks ago I was 60kg. Heaviest for 2018 😜. Nope didnt mind, however with the need to prep for the role. I did want to lose some size cause the camera does add a gazillion pounds on to you.

I only had a week to ready myself. First thing I did was watch the food immediately. My body changed quickly from the lack of carbs and controlled fat. But I packed on loads of veg and protein. I threw in 1 hour of cardio at least once a day or 2 if I could for a week. Did a simple GBC when i could and amped my L-carnitine.

Purpose of my sharing this is to show when you are very serious about a fitness goal you will get it done. It doesn't matter bout how much you miss your desserts, how you can't socialise (Still can just be smart)..if you want to see changes in your body, be willing to make adjustments in your lifestyle.
